INETA Community Launch Team
Excitement about the INETA Community Launch is building! Many user group leaders have already nominated user group members to participate in the launch.
The Community Launch Team would like to provide some answers to the questions we have been receiving and make sure that user group members know about the nominations.
INETA Community Launch Facts
Many user group leaders have asked about having more than one nominee per group. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate one representative from each group in order to keep the trainings to a manageable number. Although the original intent was to provide an opportunity for a user group member, the nominee may also be the user group leader. This is especially desirable for new user group leaders.
The Community Launch initiative will train approximately 800 user group members worldwide on the new features of Visual Studio and SQL Server 2005. All trainings will be remote, via Microsoft Live Meeting and will be held in September and October 2005, prior to the November product launch. The training calendar will be ready in early September. Nominees will also receive a DVD with resource and training material prior to the training.
How to get Nominated
If you are a user group member and would like to be nominated, please contact your user group leader. For assistance in contacting your user group leader, you can use the INETA Member Group List. The nominations much be submitted by August 10, 2005.
