I recently interviewed with them (two months ago) for a similar position and walked away impressed.
Although they are planning on occupying another office across the parking lot from where they are now, the current environment was pretty bare bones. It did however seem very active and high energy. Cubes are smallish but everyone gets *dual* Dell 19" LCD Monitors to work with. I know a few people who have left my current employer and went to work for GoDaddy and have expressed no regrets. In fact they talk highly of it. It appears to be a "lean - get it done today - forget committees - just do it" environment. If that's something you like, then I would say at least go to the interview.
As for myself, although I was very excited about GoDaddy, I just couldn't justify making the change from my current job. I was very impressed with the person who interviewed me and the people I met and talked to, but the overall compensation difference was too much to realistically consider.
